Adding new mail account to POP3 email client software is an easy thing to do. For every program the main account settings are the same. Your account settings should look like this:
POP3 server - yourdomain.com
SMTP server - yourdomain.com
Mail account: user@yourdomain.com
Username: user
Password: ******

On the "Tools" menu, "Accounts", select the "Mail" tab, choose the desired mail account, click on the "Properties" on the right side to make some additional settings. Click on the image to see full size screenshot. |

On the "Tools" menu, "Accounts", select the "Mail" tab, choose the desired mail account, click on the "Properties" on the right side, choose "Servers" tab and check "My server requires authentification" at the bottom. It must be enabled. Click on the "Settings" button, right next to it. The upper option "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" must be checked.
