The incoming POP3 and outgoing SMTP mail servers (by default) will be: mail.the-customers-domain-name
- When I try to send email using Outlook, I get a “relaying denied” error message– Remember that you need to check the “My server requires authentication” checkbox under the ‘Outgoing Mail Server’ section of the ‘Servers’ account properties tab for mail to be able to send through the server.
